I guess the flags fainted at the thought that Hitlery may be the next Commander in Chief.

Looked like that lady making the signal at the beginning pushed it when she came back through the curtain.

Are you supposed to stand a flag back up, once it touches the ground?  No one knows flag etiquette, anymore.
