i don't have speakers on this computer, but investigateislam is a reliable source. He is an ex muslim with qualifications in the so-called "islammic sciences"..
He had many videos on youtube, but I think they got banned..
Iceyyy also made a video about this, quoting the quran and the islammic scholars who show the related hadith.. That show the quran means that.
This person uploaded some of the videos made by iceyyy (she learnt from investigateislam). And she bases what she says purely on the quran and tafsir(authoritative commentary on it, based/derived from hadith)

There is something in the quran that talks about marrying and divorcing women.. and it refers to women that have not started menstruating yet (different to women that have stopped.. but women that have not started).
I think it says, she cannot be pregnant, so you can divorce her straight away. Without waiting for a length of time.
