It will be interesting to see what factors are determined to be found casual. Being a mishap investigator, I'll withhold further comment until the investigation is finished.

c'mon  he was only driving 82MPH on a 30MPH curve. He did hit the brakes 5 second before it slammed on the ground. It couldn't have been that @__hole's fault.
