Title: Who carried out the Russian subway bombing?

I'm not sure but it would be interesting to hear if people discuss the possibility that it was Putin. Chaim has said in a Russian accent that Putin bombs his own people "in order to take extreme measures".

I'm not sure.  But I wouldn't put it past Putin.
