It's amazing such a colorful male bonding story of guy sharing his newly wed wife with lonely best friend gets destroyed because somewhere on that scene the n-word gets thrown out.

I think the WWE simply were looking for a way out of their contract with Hulk Hogan they took advantage of this opportunity.
