If you can make an amendment to the bill of rights that allows for Blacks to vote, then you can make an amendment that bans Islam and Communism.  Under such an amendment, the FCC would legally be obligated to ban Kimmel.

  and devoted right wing Constitutional
  conservatives ‘standing for what is right’
  and consistently righteous politicians
  of the United States. Hopefully, he and
  Ron DeSantis will become future Presidents
  and or Vice Presidents!
